Mission TripThe North Pacific Union Conference is sponsoring a mission trip to Tarapoto, Peru.

Needed: Speakers and support team members for 30 sites

In partnership with these Seventh-day Adventist Organizations:

Activities:

  • Preaching/Teaching the Bible

Estimated Participant Cost:

  • Estimated Airfare $1240-1450 (Fly into Tarapoto, Peru)
  • Estimated Lodging and Meals at Rio Shilcayo 
    • Meals: $200 (to be paid upon registration to the North Pacific Union Conference)
      • Provided for 3 times a day (March 20 through March 29). One fee for all meals, cost will NOT be prorated. Bottled water will be included in the fee.
    • Single Room: $76 per night
    • Double Room: $90 per night ($45 each x2)
    • Triple Room: $104 per night ($35 each x3)
    • Family Room (Sleeps 4): $107 per night ($26.75 each x4)
    • Bungalow (Sleeps 3): $104 per night ($35 each x3)
    • Bungalow Suite (up to 3 people): $133 per night ($45 each x3)

Daily Schedule (except Sabbath):

  • 8am Breakfast
  • 9am Group Worship & Discipling
  • 10:30 Preparation, Recreation, Relaxation (School Week of Prayer option for 2nd week)
  • 3pm Visitation and/or Week of Prayer at Schools
  • 7:30-9:30pm Evening Meeting at sites (Preach/Teach/Share), Return to Lodging

Clothing Expectations —

Other Items to Bring

  • Projectors and Computer for PowerPoint
  • Backpack to carry your presentation equipment to the church – Space is limited using Motocar Taxi (Motorized Rickshaw)

Vaccinations Recommended

  • Yellow Fever
  • Tetanus
